Sub-groups within Groups (Teams)

Would be extremely helpful to be able to create sub-groups within a group. An easy example is baseball, having positional players and pitchers in sub-groups, but all still under the Baseball Group. There should be a main program that goes to all the athletes in a group but then can quickly branch/sync the program based off sub-groups, rather than having to create and update multiple programs for the same team.
