We’ve spent the last month making our Strength platform ... well, stronger - including the release of two significant reporting features.
We’ve also made some ‘quality-of-life’ improvements to the entire Arc system that are going to make every user’s day-to-day even easier.
The Sessions tab gives you an overview of each athlete’s workout progressions including sets skipped, exercises swapped and athlete notes. All in one location. If you want a little more information, you can dig deeper into individual sessions and view set-by-set results as captured by your athlete.
The Main dashboard can now be configured on a per group basis. This becomes particularly handy in multi-sport teams or clubs that have multiple age groups. This feature allows you to specify the metrics that matter to your group, so they are front and centre. This is the first step on your journey to making other features, such as leaderboards, configured to individual groups.
The Session Attendance Report gives you rapid insight into session and progression compliance. You can view volume and attendance in a ‘planned vs completed’ format.
Additional Updates:
You can now Print Workouts - Strength
Distance, Power, RPM and Energy now available as targets and measurements - Strength
Athletes can now leave session notes, RPE and training duration in the session completion screen - Strength
Platform Admins can now assign a ‘Strength Coach’ role. This role only has access to strength features - Strength
Any updates made to programs can be pushed live to athletes and their program will automatically update – even if they’re mid-session - Strength
Coming out soon:
Per Athlete Modifications - Strength
Edit and log injury progressions - Core + Pro

Our product team has jumped out of the blocks and is pushing new updates and features out at a record speed.
Below is a list of new what's new and available to you right now. If you're impressed, wait to see what we've got in store for Feb.
Filmed an exercise demonstration video but not uploaded it to YouTube or Vimeo? No worries! You can now upload any native video file to Lumin Strength directly from your phone or laptop.
If you've got multiple videos of the same exercise, you can also specify what video source you want athletes to see.
And as a special treat we have given you access to over 60 videos that we have filmed ourselves.
Athletes who have been invited to the platform can now be assigned to programs and workouts before they've finished the sign up process.
This means that when they enter the platform for the first time, their workouts will be waiting for them!
We have finished our improvements to both the Polar Access and Team Pro integrations. This allows seamless transition of data from your Polar devices to your team's Arc accounts.
Additional Updates:
Multifactor Authentication is now available for all accounts - All
Specify exercises that are to be completed on 'both sides' - Strength

Since the release of Lumin Strength, one feature has been requested more than any other.
So, we're beyond pumped to announce that Team Training Mode is now available to All Strength Users.
The good news doesn't stop there though. We've also been working on other features and upgrades this month, so scroll on down to find out more.
Team Training Mode is now available in ALL strength platforms. Coaches can set up team training sessions and have multiple athletes record strength session data at any one time. Seamlessly switch between users and programs, and if you have more than one iPad on the gym floor you can sync them together.
Staff that need access to Team Operations features but don't need access to performance related data can now be assigned an Operations Manager role.
SOC 2 (Service Organization Control 2) is a widely recognized standard for evaluating how companies manage customer data to ensure security, availability, confidentiality, processing integrity, and privacy. It involves a thorough audit by a third party to verify that an organization’s systems and processes meet strict requirements for protecting sensitive information. The Lumin team has been finalizing the remaining controls required to prepare for our SOC 2 audit scheduled for 2025. To learn more about how Lumin protects your data, please visit our new Trust Center.

We've been blown away with the support for our new Strength software, BUT we'll never stop trying to get better and we're wrapped to show you what we've been working on.
Below is a list of platform updates that are now live and some that are coming soon.
Every item has come directly from user feedback!
We really value for feedback AND we act on it. So, keep it coming!
You can specify the %1RM theory you want to work with. You can also set a rep cut off to stop the software calculating the 1RM of sets above your specified range. This will keep results and forecasts more accurate.
We've completed significant upgrades to our Polar Accesslink integration. The Polar Team integration is also available in early access.
Staff can now save test and athlete selections as prefilled templates or 'batteries'. Saving test batteries will prevent you having to create new tests for scheduled testing such as quarterly test days, rehab testing or concussion checkpoints.
You can name your Exercise Groups
You can now link YouTube/Vimeo videos to your exercises, which are made visible with an in-app video player.
You can now enable Rest timers while working out
You can now disable/enable the built-in exercise library
Timezone can now be changed when creating or updating scheduled events.
Weight Room Mode - Strength
Additional Metrics for targets and measurements - Strength
