Currently you can specify if reps need to be done on each side in the library. Athletes see this in the app. But coaches don’t see this in the builder when prescribing.

add some type of rolling notification board on the app that allows athletes to see benchmarks hit within their group/team. Allow coaches to choose which exercises or tests they want the team notified of "a.e. Kelly hit her PB in bench press today"

Exercise setup information description section in exercise history tab
Have a section under the individual exercise history tab where athletes can go and give a note on how to set up that specific exercise, with a capability to edit it if the set up process has changed (a.e. different height on weight rack for squats). This way the athlete doesn't have to scroll through their entire exercise history to find the exact comment they've left that tells them what they did to set up

Improve Copy & Paste Function in Strength
Add ability to highlight session, exercise group, exercises or exercises, copy, and then select the place to paste similar to the “paste here” function. The current workflow involves several drop downs that feels clunky.
