It’s been a big week and an even bigger month.
We pride ourselves on product velocity - so much so that in the past 7-days we’ve launched our rebranded platform and released a suite of features that will save you time and simplify your programming experience.
Unfortunately, we do have to put our hand up and acknowledge there were some bumps in the rollout. Firstly, we apologise for the interruptions. Secondly, a massive thank you to those who brought them to our attention and for your patience. We want your feedback and input – so keep it coming. Thirdly, we’re back on track.
Now, back to the fun stuff. Below is a list of the new features that are yours to use at no extra cost.
Buckle up, it’s a big one.
Phase and Block Planning is now incorporated within the Session Planner. This allows you to see both the week and session you’re working on within the context of the larger program plan. Coaches can see an annual and daily view on one screen. It also allows you to see where athletes are in respect to their sessions.

Create, save, and select your favourite Rep Scheme in the Session Planner to automatically have it applied when a new exercise is added to the session.
Rep Ranges have arrived! Nominate above-threshold or target ranges by using symbols. For example, 4-6 or 6+
You can now reorder coach targets in the Session Planner and the order in which they appear in the app for athlete completion.

Have a favourite group of exercises that you always prescribe? Well, you can now save that exercise group as a template and easily insert it into any program you’re writing. This will save you lots of time! You can also do the same with entire sessions. This will supercharge your programming capabilities.
We have given the ‘Copy From’ function more power by allowing higher specificity in both what you are copying from and where you are copying it to.
In addition to the session and week print options, coaches are now able to print phases and blocks via PDFs. Simply right click on the Phase or Block in the timeline view and select ‘print.’
