Ability to add a custom question/questionnaire to a S&C session (eg wellness, body weight, CMJ)

Ability for coaches to attach a question or questionnaire to the beginning or end of an S&C session eg body weight, wellness, VALD test, physical/medical test etc).

Also ability to lock S&C session until question/questionnaire is filled out.

Visualisation of this data would be tied to current modules in the Lumin platform.
