Additional Targets/Athlete Measurements (Phase 2)

  • Rep Ranges (eg: 5-8)

  • Resistance (free-text so you can enter colour codes, or heavy/med/light, etc)

  • Speed/Velocity Range

  • Time (min:sec - currently everything is displayed in seconds)

  • Height (cm) – for exercises such as Box Jumps, or Vertec Jump testing etc

  • Speed Zone - MAS (Maximal aerobic speed)

  • Percent Bodyweight
