Archive athletes without counting against athlete limit

Feature Request

Add the ability to archive athletes so their data is stored but they don't count against the athlete number, avoiding deletion since they may return in the future after their season. Archived athletes should also be re-activatable.

    This is a tricky one for us. Recent data security laws prevents us from doing this indefinitely.

    We are currently planning a middle ground where you can delete an athlete which archives their data for “x” period after if they have not come back their data will be permanently deleted.
