Autosave sessions

Having it be a manual save has tortured me. Many times I have written a program and then there has been a new update, I have updated forgetting to save and have lost a whole program. There have been many bugs which have caused my programming to be erased and have to start again. It has taken me an hour to write a program which should take no longer than 10-20mins
