Choose where an exercise group template gets inserted in a session

For the situation where a session has already been built out, if you are looking to add an exercise group template to that session after, would be great when adding to have the option to choose where it gets dropped into the session, rather than default adding it to the bottom of the session and having to drag it to the correct spot
