Group level survey configuration
Ability to ask/hide certain questions in the surveys.
For example a coach may not be interested in the stress question so they can turn it off.
OR
A team doesn't want to track MVP in the post game survey so they can turn the question off.

Plus the ability to turn the surveys on/off all together
