Create exercises from the session creation screen

If you are creating a session and searching for an exercise.
It would be good if there was no results that an option came up to add your own exercise.
Which would bring a pop up that matches the exercise creation screen in the library.

This will prevent coaches from needed to leave the session module to add an exercise.
