Edit injury details

A practitioner can edit the details of an injury.
For example a practitioner initially thinks an injury is an achilles strain.
But then upon investigation finds it to be a calf tear.

THe practitioner should then be able to edit the injury from achilles to calf.

    Hi all,

    Thanks for your feedback here.
    There is now an edit button on the injury details in the health tab where a practitioner can edit:
    - Injury classification
    - Severity
    - Onset Date
    - Estimated recovery date

    A practitioner should also be able to change a player logged injury to be the more specific diagnosis so we don’t have two injury logs

    And recover/delete injuries
