Athlete Edit the severity of an injury or illness

To be able to edit the severity of a injury or illness.

Fro example the athlete reports a knee injury as a 10/10 severity.
He sees the physio gets some treatment.
The next day wakes up and the severity is only a 5/10.
Currently the athlete has to recover the injury and submit a new injury.
Which loses context of that injury in ARC
