Group managers (who are the group coaches) should be able to manage roll in the calendar events. Can you make this possible please? I cant be everywhere! :)
Thanks Luke. We’ve just added an “Admins” option to events. This allows you to delegate specific individuals (in addition to the event organiser), who can interact with the roll sheet.

Hi @Luke Smyth , thanks for this. If the group manager makes the event they can take roll but I see the need for them to take roll for events that other people have made too.

Thanks James. Yes so in my case, I am filling out the calendar with the sessions I want the rowers to do, but I am not the crew coach and wont be present for all sessions to take roll. Today I am deleting all events and re-doing them in the coaches name, but I do not want to have to do that for the ten other programs i have made. If you could give the group managers permission to edit cal events I made, I would really appreciate it.
