Keep team captain in roll call despite event admin rights

Calendar Roll Call - Team Captain not visible

When a team captain (listed as athlete in assigned roles) is given event admin rights, she is removed from the roll call list. Keep the captain or athlete user in the roll call even if they have admin access to an event.
