A way to merge one into the other for note keeping.

    Typical use case here:
    - Athlete reports an unusual soreness which shows as a health item
    - Athlete see’s physio
    - Physio diagnoses the injury and creates and injury

    The one injury now has two health items in the system, where it should be one.
