Lumin Strength: Ability to move around Blocks in the Periodized Planner

Being able to click and drag (to move around blocks) or copy and paste whole blocks in the periodized planner that have already been laid out. That way it is a lot easier to either rearrange planned blocks or simply copy a whole block to add later into the calendar
