Medical Notes section formatting

Hi guys,

Just in the subjective, objective, assessment section under health.

I often enter notes under sections ie ROM, special tests, strength etc. I start a new line or space bw to make it clearer to read.

Once you hit save and close, it just reverts back to everything following after the next, on the same line and doesn’t keep the same format.

Would be great if on save and close, it would show as entered.
