Ability to create new Physical Test Types from the Battery/Measurement screens

Feature Request

The ability to add ‘tests’ that don’t exist in the current battery. This feature is quick and easy in the strengh builder, it would work well here.

    Thanks @Reilly O'Meagher, just clarifying.
    Do you mean to create a physical testing test inside a measurement screen?
    To prevent the user from having to close the measurement tab and open the library?
