Physical Testing Reporting

Add additional filter options to the physical testing report to enable data for the min and max to be pulled from select dates instead of a full range.

Show % change over time and colour code for changes e.g., green for positive change.

Add graphs for full testing battery and results for athletes to view. Have the average as an optional addition as well as min and max.

Ability to export data in a attractive way to present to athletes a full picture including adding comments, attendance and their physical testing report
