Physical Testing Z Scores/Colour Code

Exactly the same as wellbeing, if we have a regular test we complete, I want to be able to at a glance see how it compares to their normal. I need to be able to do this for a group and for multiple tests at once (again, same as the wellbeing. scroll down through the athletes, tests across as columns, score hihglighted green/red based on z score.)
