Strength - Print Improvements

Should be able to print with edits of what you would like to include. Teamworks offers this and it is an awesome feature.

E.g. add ons/remove: Print Session or Block, Print to one page, show block notes, show sessions notes, Exercise PB,

I should be able to do a bulk print of a block, that is 1 session per page e.g. 4 week block with 3 sessions per week = 12 sessions printed
