Push Notifications for Noticeboard replies

Perhaps this is an end user issue, however, is there any way we could receive push notifications on the app (on our apple watches would be incredible as well...!!)? Currently our "test group" of captains are not receiving notifications in the Noticeboard.

We would love to use this feature as a "chat", since it will be our one-stop-shop app of team communication for both off-ice AND on-ice. (This includes speaking to smaller groups within the team, adding a google sheets link for meal signups when on the road, general team communication from our coaches/strength coaches/athletic trainers). In a perfect world, the "noticeboard" has a UI similar to an imessage.

Being able to see, from a coach, who has read your most recent "reply"/message was also a nice feature in our previous app, SportsYou. This eliminate having to create a new "notice" each time.
