Restrict Coach Role

Hello

Any chance I can limit a coach's access to athletes to only the team they are working with? Currently "Team Manager" has very broad access but would be ideal if I could assign a coach to only be able to see athletes in the group he/she coaches. For example, multiple groups by age within a club each with their own coach, but the coach of group A can currently view athletes in groups B, C, D, E etc even though they never cross paths.
