Rich text editing is in early access. I'm keeping this ticket in the "Later" status, as we still need to work on media embedding.

FYI @James Mckechnie , I've expanded on just sharing links in Noticeboard posts, to a full rich-text editor. This would support embedded videos etc. Not really a whole lot harder than just doing links. We'd probably keep it simple (like the editor experience in this app, in-fact), to keep things relatively clean on the mobile app.
