Set the RPE activity type on the session level in strength

Currently this is set at the program level.
It would be good if a coach can specify the activity type of the session.
Maybe the activity type on the program level is the default but in the edit session section they can pick another.

Feature Suggestion: Allow Selecting Activity Type Within Each Session

Currently, when creating a new program, we have to choose the activity type (Run, Bike, Swim, Strength, etc.) in the program settings. All workouts in that program are then automatically assigned that same activity type.

For triathlon coaching, this is limiting because a single program includes multiple disciplines. Right now, I have two workarounds:

    1. Create separate programs for Swim, Bike, Run, and Strength, so each session matches the correct activity type; or

    2. Create one full program without a specific activity type, and then tell athletes to manually set the correct activity type after completing the session—especially for RPE-based sessions.

Both workarounds create extra steps and are inconvenient for both the coach and the athlete.

    Suggested Improvement:
Please add an option to choose the activity type for each individual session when editing the session in the program builder.
    For example:

    • Monday — Run — Speed session

    • Tuesday — Swim — Technique session

    • Wednesday — Bike — Endurance ride

    • Thursday — Strength — Gym session

This would let us build complete triathlon or multisport programs within a single plan, without needing to separate them by discipline.

    Benefits:

    • Easier to create structured multisport programs

    • Cleaner organization: all sessions in one program

    • More accurate activity detection

    • Fewer manual steps required from athletes

    • More flexibility and efficiency for coaches
