Strength Program Review

The ability to see an athletes progress over time for a ‘session.’ You can either view a date range for a selected exercise, total reps/sets which doesn’t provide me much value etc. Ideall you want a table, exercise down column 1, dates acros collumns 2, 3, 4, 5 etc. as headers, and then the corresponding weight lifted for each lift under the appropriate date column. IF you could do this for a program you can see progress across time easily
