Timezone View on scheduler

In the scheduler to be able to select a timezone and see what the scheduler looks like if you were at that location/timezone.

Say a team is competing in a different time zone.
They complete the schedule for events in that timezone.
They want to see what that schedule looks like in the event timezone.
