As a part of the included Questionnaires alongside the Wellbeing and Session RPE. Have the athletes fill out once a week (e.g. knee to wall, sit and reach, body mass, RHR). this then allows for immediate export for reports, as well as being put straight into the athletes’ profile to track the trends of their flexibility and mobility throughout the entire season.
