Visibility of exercise notes as a coach in the programming page

When in the programming page as a coach, ability to see exercise notes to make sure the cues/notes are correct. Ability to edit from here could also be handy.

This would prevent the need to exit the programming page and navigate to the exercise library to see exercise notes.
