Free-text/Text-only Exercise option

Hi,

First off, think the annual plan/phases, and session builder are both great!

I’ve only been playing around with the strength app for a couple of hours and I know this may not be necessary as the sessions flow well through the UI. It might be helpful (for me) to have an option to add text-only exercises or list, similar to how TeamBuildr does warm-ups. This would be useful for activities I don’t need to track, like warm-ups or cool-downs to reduce some exercise bulk from a session i.e. mobility or primer stuff to do pre lifting etc.
