Looking at the Strength tab on the athlete profile, when a plyometric session is prescribed the total volume compared to a strength workout is very low, naturally. For the sake of the graph, would there be any benefit in using body weight per rep for this session to calculate total mass moved in relation to total foot contacts? Obviously there is a high neuroligical response/fatigue to this session, but currently I would say this “dose” is not represented accurately in the strength tab of the athletes profile.
