    Notification when athlete leaves comment in session

    Notification of alert in session ie comment, skip, swap. Possibly for group level strength coach role

    Initial thoughts is the ability to assign coaches to a Program.

    The Assigned Coaches will then:
    - Have all Reports and Programming views automatically filtered to assigned programs
    - Have the option to receive notifications for a number of flags (e.g comments and sets skipped)
